This is the result of sending group 1. 1) For sending emails I used the email marketing feature of the Hubspot tool, in its free version. 2) I used google forms to implement the survey. 3) Affinity diagrams of the Lucid charts tool to group the ideas of spontaneous responses into the main thematic groups of stakeholders. 4) Analysis of the results, main concerns of the respondents and thematic proposal of the liberal-libertarian political speech. THE MANIPULATION OF VALUES: The hypothesis is that the libertarian or liberal message can reach many people who are unaware of its principles and now, more than ever, that freedom is restricted by quarantine, they could be more open to understand and adhere to the liberal-libertarian movement. I believe that liberal and libertarian values are not being communicated in the best way. Finding this formula is my biggest motivation. Some political leaders use "emotion-laden" values to blackmail opinion groups.These values, in general, have moral (personal) and unethical (collective) conditions that produce a dangerous effect of fanaticism on groups of individuals; similar to the communication strategy of religions or football clubs. This leads to a hierarchy of values that privileges some to the detriment of others. I found a metaphor that could explain the effect that the "hierarchization" of values has on Argentine society: it's a comparison between values and colors. Imagine that the values were colors and that we placed them in a graph where the "X" coordinates would be the variety and the "Y" the intensity. Then, if we gave more importance to one color than others, then we would be having a perspective with a monochromatic tendency. This is what is currently happening with the COVID-19 pandemic where freedom and other values such as tolerance or justice are discriminated against values such as health, loyalty to the country or equality. The "collective or ethics values", on the other hand, correspond to a more impartial political administration and less manipulative of personal opinions. In Argentina, clearly, we are in a constant Boca - River unable to reach a stable social consensus. In my opinion, the job of libertarian thought is to review those values to establish collective values that are NOT emotional or moral.
